Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partners in Stavanger and Aberdeen are contracting companies providing modification, maintenance and operational services. These businesses have well-established track records and proven capability in the delivery of seamless project performance across the North Sea. This has been achieved by using the best human resources available, the most appropriate processes and proven systems. In the future, Aker Kvaerner will maximise the strengths that this position gives it in the provision of cross-border services to both existing and new customers.
Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner Across the North Sea
Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner is the centre of excellence within maintenance, modification and operation services related to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. Through the entities of Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner AS and Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner Ltd, located with head offices in Stavanger and Aberdeen respectively, MMOE is well positioned for the market and has extensive experience relating to the provision of services to potential cross-border operators.
The companies hold long-term contracts and have references from more than 80 installations in the North Sea covering work for most of the operating, engineering and contracting companies. These well- established relationships are the corner-stone of Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner’s total resources, competences and knowledge. Through project performance, understanding of customers’ drivers and alignment with those customers, they have developed integrated engineering services, specialist competences and efficient project execution methodology that enable them to deliver added value to customers’ value chains.

Aker Kvaerner Elektro, with its 1,500 employees, is a leading contractor in the market for power automation and communication systems. This is a significant sector in the oil and gas market across the North Sea. The company mission is to provide tomorrow’s solutions while at the same time maintaining and developing existing installations. Aker Kvaerner Elektro is committed to continuously developing and improving its health, safety and environment (HSE) performance. Aker Kvaerner Elektro provides all elements in the value chain from concept development through detailing, installation and testing to maintenance and modifications. The engineering department comprising more than 400 highly skilled and motivated people is the key to the vision of a complete electro, automation and telecommuni-cation contractor for oil and gas industry in Europe.
