Submissions and Instructions to Authors


• Contributors are identified and invited by the Editor with the support of the Technical Editors.


• Following acceptance of an invitation, the author(s) and Editor formalise the working title and scope of the article. • Subsequently, the Editor provides an ‘Instructions to Authors’ document and additional submission details.
