"Your management of your supplier base can be viewed as consisting of at least four components:
• Supplier Appraisal and Registration
• Selection of Registered Suppliers for Bid-lists and Invitations to Tender
• Performance Measurement for Vendor Rating, and Uses for that Information
• Supplier Development Activity.
In this 5-day course we view all four components together as a single coherent process. Often the individual components are the responsibility of different functions or departments within the organisation. This programme gives the opportunity for individuals to gain a comprehensive knowledge of all components of the total process, enabling them better to perform any single part.
This course is designed for:-
