| Sandvik Powdermet AB (formerly ABB Powdermet and Bodycote Powdermet) – a member of Sandvik – has been a supplier of near net shaped (NNS) powder metallurgy (PM) hot isostatic processing (HIP) components since 1985. The production and engineering facilities involve inert gas atomisation of powder, 3D computer-aided design (CAD) of capsules, capsule fabrication and a mega-HIP autoclave.
