Detailed description nof service offered
- the activities since 2000, hitherto volume of over USD 3.5 mln.
- WATECO Prague s.r.o. provides expediting services and so minimise all risks during the fabrication stage.
- contracts are signed directly between the supplier and overseas
- operations on CNC machines, welding TIG, MIG, MAG, pulse, SAW etc.
- Carbon and Stainless Steel, other types of steel for heavy duty operations
- Ceritifications : PED 97/23/EC Module H 1, ISO certificates, BS, DIN, STOOMWEZEN, ASME U STAMP, ASME IX, ASME U2 STAMP? ASME U S STAMP, Russian GOST, TÜV, TÜV, EN 729-2 etc.,
APPLICATIONS, PRODUCTS, SIZES :
Refineries:
- Vessels, ambient pressure vessels, storage tanks and gas storage tanks of sizes of less than one cubic meters – batch production or bespoke design of gas storage tanks of thousands of cubic meters volume on turn-key basis, silos, containers, high pressure filters, coalescenters
- Nitrogene storage tanks of wall 70 mm thick
- pressure vessels - heat exchangers of various types (shell and tube, finned tubes expanded or welded into the tube plates
- columns, gas exhausts, separators,
- filters – coalescent filters, pressure filters, oils mist eliminators, particulate filters.
- Complete incl. fit-out of free issued items
- scrolling and welding of bespoke tubes, pipes of non-standard dimensions incl joints, elbows, nozzles, flanges. Various levels of carbon or Stainless Steel

FABRICATIONS PROCESSES, TECHNOLOGY :
- High precision machining incl final precision alignment of datum surfaces on CNC horizontal borers, CNC turret lathes, portal milling machines etc.
- Bending, scrolling of stees of up to 25 mm thick, with a possibility of scrolling up to 70 mm
- Normalization heat treatment, stress relieve heat treatment incl the following volumetric ultrasonic tests
- Non destructive tests such as MPI, Ultra Sound, Dye Penetration, Radiography-X Ray
- welding TIG, MAG, SAW, MIG, Pulse etc
- laser and water jet cutting etc.

1. Percentage of every contract organized by WATECO Prague If the jobs are repeated, over a definite period of time
2. Based on hourly basis and expenses incured
